Changes To Your Order:
With all the options offered on our site it can be confusing at times. Making a purchase decision can take some time and research and even then you may learn something new down the road and realized you made a mistake, it happens. Not to worry though, you can easily make changes to you order. Just contact us and let us know the changes you want made and we can swap them for you. If there is a monetary differences we will either refund your order of the difference, or email you an invoice if it ends up being more. We will then resend your invoice to show the change, and your quilt will continue through the process like normal. If it gets to shipping and we see the invoice has not been paid, we will send you a reminder and hold shipping, if it has been paid, we will send it out pronto! Keep in mind if your order has started the production process, depending on the change and where it is in the process, you may see delays as we may have to start your quilt over.
Cancelling An Order:
If you need a cancellation to an order, we're sad to see you go, but we understand and can help you with that as well. Cancellations can be done up to the day of shipping for any enlightened equipment order. Just contact us and let us know you need your order cancelled. We will go ahead and cancel the order and you will be all set. You will receive an email once the order is cancelled and that's it. We hope you remember us in the future.
Returns: Exchanges & Refunds:
If you get your quilt and realize you need something changed or that quilts aren't for you, we can help. As long as you are in your 40 day return policy we can have you return your quilt and either refund our order or give you store credit toward a new order. All you need to do is contact us and we can start the process for you.
