What does awaiting fulfillment mean anyway?
Basically, this is the generic message that is sent out to every customer when an order is placed. It means we have received your order and it is being added to the order queue and is in line for production. It will say "awaiting fulfillment" until your order ships, at which point you will receive an email that states your order has shipped and will contain a tracking number.
Custom items have lead times posted on each product page, so you'll want to check the lead time for each item you purchase, as they may have different times listed. Try to plan ahead; if you’re purchasing for a trip on a popular holiday weekend, there’s a good chance a lot of other people are too.
Stock and Warehouse items typically ship within 1-2 business days.
