What does awaiting fulfillment mean anyway?
"Awaiting Fulfillment" is an order-received message that is sent out to every customer when an order is placed. It means we have received your order, it is being added to the queue and is in line for production. The status of your order will say "awaiting fulfillment" until it has been completed. When your item is completed, you will receive an email that states your order has shipped and will contain a tracking number.
Custom items have lead times posted on each product page, so you'll want to check the lead time for each item you purchase. Try to plan ahead. Those lead times are the estimated first and last day your order might leave our facility. With shipping, it might take up to 3 additional business days (domestically, or up to 10 days internationally) to go from our facility to your door.
Our lead times are published to help aid you in making a decision before placing a custom order. If you decide to place a custom order, please understand that we are at the mercy of the other orders placed before yours. We follow a strict first-in/first-out method in our production room.
